Who Is a Bright Bridge Volunteer?
A Bright Bridge volunteer is someone who shares their time and knowledge to help children access education regardless of their financial circumstances or health conditions.
Requirements
Be responsible, patient, and respectful.
Have knowledge of the subject you wish to teach.
Be able to conduct online lessons regularly.
Be willing to learn and accept feedback.
Responsibilities
Prepare for lessons and follow the agreed schedule.
Respect each child's individual needs.
Protect children's privacy and follow safeguarding guidelines.
Stay in contact with the coordinator and give advance notice of absences.
What do we offer in return?
Upon completing 30 or more hours of volunteer work, the volunteer receives a certificate confirming their hours and a letter of recommendation on behalf of the project.
