Bright Bridge’s First Season: March–May 2026

The first season of Bright Bridge marked the beginning of our project and an important step toward our main goal: making quality supplementary education accessible to every child. Over three months, we expanded our activities to the Samarkand and Jizzakh regions of Uzbekistan and began collaborating with the Union of Parents of Special Children of Kazakhstan.

During this period, we recruited approximately 40 volunteers from different regions of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. We helped them develop fundamental teaching skills necessary to conduct lessons tailored to children's individual educational needs.

The most important achievement of the season was providing free supplementary educational support to 75 children through the work of our volunteer team. Our students included children with developmental differences, health challenges, and difficult family circumstances, as well as those with limited access to supplementary education.

For us, these three months were more than just the first stage of our work — they demonstrated that even a small initiative can make a real difference. Behind each of the 75 children is a unique story, a set of challenges, and an opportunity to grow. We are proud to have contributed to their education and to have built a community of volunteers willing to share their knowledge, time, and attention with children who need it most. Our first season showed us that, through collective effort, we can make a meaningful difference in children's lives and laid a strong foundation for Bright Bridge's continued development.
